2. Quotation Validity

All quotations issued by Glowork Infotech are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

3. Discounts & Promotions

• From time to time, we may offer discounts, coupon codes, or promotional pricing on select items.
• Promotional offers are applicable only within the specified duration and cannot be clubbed with other offers unless stated.
• Bulk order discounts may be available on request and are subject to approval.

4. Custom Orders

Prices for custom-built or specially sourced hardware and software solutions will be provided based on specific client requirements and will include detailed cost breakdowns where necessary.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
• For B2B clients, credit terms may be offered based on prior agreement and payment history.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallets.

6. Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Glowork Infotech reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
