At Glowork Infotech, we value your satisfaction and trust. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders for computer hardware and software may be cancelled or refunded.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Hardware Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped. Once the product is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

b. Software Orders

Software products, including digital downloads and license keys, are non-cancellable once the license or activation key has been issued or shared.

2. Refund Policy

a. Hardware Products

Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged hardware reported within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Once the return is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

b. Software Products

Software purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate orders (with proper evidence).
  • Unresolvable technical issues confirmed by our support team within 3 business days of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

6. Policy Updates

Glowork Infotech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our official website and will apply to all future transactions.
